Ross is a 1995 graduate of the University of Manitoba. After graduation Ross continued to study and work in Georgia, USA at a renowned clinic, whose patients included professional athletes such as PGA golfers. While in Georgia he went on to specialize in spinal rehabilitation. Ross returned to Canada in 2000 to work at Rutland Physical Therapy and continue his studies. Ross completed his post-graduate Diploma of Manual and Manipulative Therapy from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association in 2005 earning the title Fellow Canadian Academy of Manual Physical Therapy (FCAMPT).
In the fall of 2006, Ross helped found Kelowna Manual Therapy Centre as a partner. Since joining the clinic, Ross has completed his certification in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) with Dr. Chan Gunn in Vancouver. Ross also completed his Certification in Manual Therapy with Jim Meadows who was a founding father of the Canadian Manual Therapy System. Most recently Ross has been continuing his education taking the ConnectTherapy™/ Thoracic Ring Approach™ series in Vancouver with LJ Lee.

Ross has a special interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions through education, manual therapy, IMS and specific exercise.

Ross is a consultant physiotherapist to the BC Nordic Ski Team and is working to develop accurate screening tools and exercise programs to both prevent injury and improve performance.
​
Ross is married with two sons. He is active with mountain biking, road cycling, trail running, cross country skiing, and hiking. Ross is a volunteer ski coach with the Telemark cross-county ski race team and provides physiotherapy support to the team.
